How much does it cost?
Designing and previewing is free. To activate and download your QR you pay €1 for the first week. If you don’t cancel within 7 days, the subscription automatically renews at €19.99 every 4 weeks until you cancel. You can also choose the quarterly plan (€44.99 every 3 months) or the yearly plan (€119.99 per year), with no trial week.
How do I cancel?
From My account, from the dashboard link we email you, or in Manage subscription. It cancels in one click, with no lock-in or penalties.
Do I get a dashboard to see my QR codes?
Yes. In My account you sign in with Google or with a link we send to the email you bought with. There you see all your QR codes, their daily scans, devices and busiest hours, and you can change their content, download them or manage your subscription.
What happens to my QR if I cancel?
It keeps working until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. After that it’s deactivated and shows a notice when scanned.
What is a dynamic QR code?
A QR that points to a short link on our server, which redirects to your content. That way you can change the destination and see how many times it’s scanned without reprinting the QR.
Which format should I choose for printing?
SVG, because it’s a vector format and can be enlarged without losing quality. For web, social media or documents, a PNG at 1000 px or more is perfect.
Can I add my logo and still have it scan?
Yes. We use the highest error-correction level, so the QR still reads even if the logo covers part of it. We recommend keeping good contrast between dots and background.
